Red Stitch does not ask customers to share complete card details, PINs, passwords or OTPs through email, phone or chat.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided at checkout. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in situations such as product unavailability, inventory or pricing errors, payment verification issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded through the relevant payment method or another suitable process. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Red Stitch offers delivery across India. Free shipping is advertised on orders above ₹999. Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and reachable contact number. Red Stitch cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. 7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Red Stitch advertises a 14-day return period. Return eligibility, conditions, exclusions, exchange availability and refund procedures may depend on the product and the applicable Return & Refund Policy displayed on the website.

Returned products may be required to be unused, unwashed, undamaged and accompanied by their original tags, packaging and proof of purchase. Products that do not meet the applicable return conditions may be declined.

• The generated preview may not exactly represent the actual fit, colour, fabric, drape or appearance of the product.

• The website currently states that uploaded photos are not saved to the store. Avoid uploading images containing sensitive or confidential information.

Virtual Try-On availability and results may vary, and the feature may occasionally be unavailable or fail to generate a preview.
